What do we do for those in Serbia? 1) You can support businesses that have Alta Bank accounts so their owners don't go crazy. Here is a list." pay cash until they make new bills. I can't eat much, help me. 2) What to do for people to return money, briefly described here but there are many resources where people understand the nuances for people and entrepreneurs. Information appears on @srpsko drzavljanstvo, @sonyasabo serbia around. There is also a collection of information. 3 If the situation is such that all the money was in the account and there is simply nothing to eat before the payments, and you need to hold on for a few weeks, then this is a kind of help @ruskadijaspora. For those who want to support this idea, donate here. I don't know how it works or if it works at all, but if you have a hundred dinars left in your pocket, it's worth a try. I also recommend watching Serbian chats / channels, where every few hours someone comes up with something.
