Residents of Iraq continue to protest against the closure of the crossing with Iran gathering/Demonstration of the drivers in Maysan district Residents of Maysan district, on the border with the Islamic Republic of Iran, once again held a rally in front of Maysan governorate in protest of the closure of the al-Shayib/Chataba crossing with Iran by the al-Zaidi government. The truck drivers protested at this meeting that their work and businesses have been closed for more than two weeks due to the closure of the crossing. They emphasized the need for the reopening of this crossing.
