The war against Iran disrupts the secret talks between the US and Ukraine.

The Finnish newspaper Alta Sanomet reported that a secret meeting was planned to take place in Finland this summer between Donald Trump's special envoy, Steve Witkoff, the son-in-law of US President Jared Kushner, and a Ukrainian delegation. The purpose of the meeting was to examine the peace plans to be presented to Russian President Vladimir Putin. The talks were apparently canceled at the last minute due to growing tensions between the United States and Iran. Meanwhile, Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushkov announced that a new round of talks on Ukraine may take place in Abu Dhabi.
