Peskov: There is no specific plan for a meeting between Putin and Trump. Dmitry Peskov, spokesman for the Russian Kremlin: Putin's agenda for the OPEC summit is still being prepared; there are currently no details on the tripartite meeting between the leaders of Russia, the US and China. If Putin and Trump both attend the APEC summit, they can communicate and interact with each other in some way. There is still no exact plan for a bilateral meeting between Putin and Trump at the APEC summit, but the relevant understandings will be reached soon. Putin and Xi Jinping will discuss bilateral relations and Moscow-Beijing coordination in the international arena during their meeting at the APEC summit. The state of the US midterm elections is an internal matter for this country; Moscow, like the rest of the world, is watching it closely.
