Iran carefully documents all serious violations of international law and the United Nations Charter; However, experience has shown that international assemblies work better than slogans. It is unfortunate that the UN, the Security Council and the IAEA Board of Governors have remained silent in the face of the clear threats of the United States. The actions and threatening literature of the United States make this country the greatest threat to the Non-Proliferation Regime (NPT) and world peace, and a dangerous example to other nuclear weapons powers. However, these threats will only strengthen Iran's determination to strengthen its defense and deterrence capabilities.
