Estonia plans to build about 150 defense bunkers along the border with Russia - to mistake Martin Herm announced this plan to the Estonian National Assembly. About 100 shelters will be built on government land and another 50 shelters will be built on land owned by local authorities and private individuals. In the case of private land, the government will negotiate with the owner on the options for compensation, lease or purchase of the land. However, Estonia currently has no plans to acquire large-scale land to build a continuous defense line along the border.
