Al Arabiya: Negotiations between mediators and Iran are underway to hold a meeting in Turkey before November 4. The timeline of the mediation proposal includes the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz and the lifting of the American blockade. Iran's nuclear issue is also included in the schedule and inviting inspectors is one of the sections of the new proposal. Iran demanded that the seven-day deadline be reduced to four days.
