The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Raphael Gross, told the UN Security Council that the agency has seen no signs that Iran is trying to restore nuclear facilities attacked by the US and Israel. Grossi also emphasized that Iran continues to deny IAEA inspectors access to the bombed facilities.
