According to an estimate obtained by the American Central Command (CENTCOM) and published by "The Hill", the cost of the US war in Iran has reached about 47 billion dollars, which is an increase of more than 3 billion dollars compared to September. The estimate, released on October 16, allocated $29 billion to replace spent munitions, about $12 billion to additional military operational costs, and $6.1 billion to replace lost equipment. Costs related to Air Force support operations, including personnel deployment, transportation, communications, and logistics, accounted for $7.6 billion of total reported costs. This estimate does not take into account damage to US military bases throughout the Middle East, meaning the total cost is much higher.
