The Institute for the Management of Waterways in the Persian Gulf: The vessels belonging to the Sinocer shipping company have committed the most violations during the last 3 months so far, enforcement measures have been taken against at least 7 of these vessels. All cargo owners and insurance service providers are warned that starting November 1, all vessels of this company will be dealt with.
