In several attacks in the north, south and center of the Gaza Strip yesterday (Sunday), the IDF killed three terrorists from the military wing of organizations Hamas and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad:
Alaa Abu Zaid - a terrorist in the military arm of the Islamic Jihad terrorist organization in Palestine.
Hamdan Suleiman Ibrahim Abu Umra - a terrorist in the military arm of the Islamic Jihad terrorist organization in Palestine.
Fawzi Salam Odutullah Swarka - a sniper terrorist in the military wing of organization Hamas, who promoted sniper programs against IDF forces.
In another attack in the northern Gaza Strip during the weekend (Saturday), the IDF killed Muhammad Annan Muhammad al-Rog, the leader of an elite unit in the military wing of organization Hamas. During the war and especially in the recent period, these terrorists promoted terrorist projects against the IDF forces and the citizens of the State of Israel and tried to restore the organization's military capabilities, while systematically violating the ceasefire. These terrorists were targeted and taken out of the air in order to eliminate the threat.
Also, the IDF identified yesterday (Sunday) a military building in the northern Gaza Strip, which was used as a sniper position against our forces. Immediately after the discovery, the IDF attacked and destroyed this building to remove the threat. IDF forces under the Southern Command are stationed in the area in accordance with the agreement and will continue their activities to eradicate any threat.
