A proposal to close the Caspian Sea trade route on Fox News Jack Kane, retired US Army General:.

"They will cheat and will not fulfill their obligations. All this alone is enough for us not to enter into the agreement. The second reason is that if you agree, you have to fund their rebuilding. They are not ready to give concessions without receiving money, and now we are talking about hundreds of billions of dollars. I think it is more realistic to continue the same pressure sanctions and economic sanctions. We are gradually tightening the blockade. The Caspian Sea is still open and the borders of those countries are also open. Not all are traded but some still are. It takes some time to complete this isolation. But the plan of the Minister of Finance, Basant, is excellent.
