Israeli Defense Minister, Israel Katz: The published reports about the existence of differences of opinion between the political authorities and the Israeli military regarding Iran are completely unfounded and false. Since I was appointed Minister of Defense, the coordination between the Prime Minister, myself and the IDF in Iran has been perfect - and this has led to unprecedented achievements for the security of the State of Israel. This is the only consideration - and will continue to be. I clarify that there was no intention on Israel's part to launch an attack on Iran before the elections in Israel - and we made it clear that if Iran attacks Israel, we will respond with force. All reports in this regard are completely false. The opposition's attempts to use these reports to attack the Prime Minister and me and to question our decisions - while we are prohibited from providing details on the matter for obvious reasons - are shameful and irresponsible. We will overcome this too.
