This will be the principles of the JCPOA. The first phase focuses on reaching an agreement to reopen the strait and lift part of the blockade. The second phase will include talks on reducing the level of uranium enrichment based on a specific timeline and monitoring Tehran's nuclear facilities, after which the blockade will be lifted.
