Temporary restrictions on mobile internet may be introduced on October 27-29 in Moscow for the safety of participants in the Russia-Africa Forum, the Russian Ministry of Digital Development reported. Restrictions may apply within the third ring road. On October 27 and 28 they are scheduled to be shown from 11:30, and on October 29 - from 9:30. At the same time, the most socially popular services and websites from the "white list" will continue to operate as usual.
