The Kremlin determined the composition of the Russian delegation in the negotiations on Ukraine in Abu Dhabi: who will represent Moscow on November 10.

On November 7, the Kremlin named five Russian representatives to participate in trilateral negotiations with the United States and Ukraine in Abu Dhabi on November 10-11. The Russian delegation will be headed by presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky, and will include senior diplomats and representatives of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces. This was announced by presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov.

According to Interfax, in addition to Medinsky, the Russian side will be represented by Deputy Foreign Ministers Sergei Ryabkov and Mikhail Glozin, the head of the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, Deputy Chief of the General Staff Igor Kostyukov and Deputy Head of the Main Operations Directorate of the General Staff Yuri Zhigerlovsky.

All five days earlier, on November 6, they were invited to a meeting between Vladimir Putin and permanent members of the Russian Security Council, where preparations for the upcoming meeting were discussed.

Assistant to the President for International Affairs Yuri Ushkov also participated in the meeting. However, as Peskov clarified, he is not directly part of the negotiating delegation, but supervises the preparation and management of the negotiations.

"The rest, yes," answered the representative of the Kremlin when asked by journalists which of those invited to the meeting with the Security Council will travel to Abu Dhabi.

Thus, the Russian delegation will include representatives of three directions at once - the presidential administration, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the military leadership.

At the same time, some of the negotiators already have experience in participating in previous rounds of the Ukrainian conflict resolution.

Vladimir Medinsky led the Russian delegation at the negotiations with Ukraine in Istanbul in 2022 and 2025, as well as at the tripartite meeting of Russia, the United States and Ukraine in Geneva on February 17-18, 2026.

Mikhail Glozin and Igor Kostyukov also participated in the negotiations in February.
