Reverse traffic will be operated on the Scandinavia highway in the Leningrad region for nine days. On the section of the federal highway A-181 "Scandinavia" in the Vyborg district of the Leningrad region, reverse traffic will be organized from November 6 to 14. The restrictions will affect the 12th and 16th kilometers of the road in the rural settlement of Parbomaisky. As reported by FKU Uprdor North-West, the temporary traffic pattern is related to the work to eliminate deformations of the road surface. During the repairs, the speed will be limited to 40 km/h. There will be traffic inspectors on duty to help organize the passage of vehicles. Drivers are advised to take time constraints into account when planning their route. This section of the highway has one lane in each direction. Road work also affects other federal highways in the area. In particular, in Sortavala, the restoration of the sealing and protective layer of concrete in the 33-34 kilometer section continues. The works towards St. Petersburg are scheduled until November 8. In addition, between November 9 and 13, reverse traffic will be organized on the 77th kilometer of the highway near the village of Losusovo in the Pryozharsky district - where the defects of the road surface will be eliminated.
