The rescue team of the school "Ogneborets" from the Nizansk school became one of the winners of the 3rd All-Russia competitions among school rescue teams in the age category of 14-15 years. This was reported in the Education Committee of the Leningrad Region. The finals of the competition took place at the Russian children's center "Semana". 250 schoolchildren from 31 regions of Russia participated. Participants demonstrated skills in first aid, water rescue, transportation and survival. In the final tests, the men also showed training in search and rescue, fire and direction, as well as the ability to work in a team. The competitions were held within the framework of the national project "Youth and Children" with the support of the Ministry of Education of Russia, Rosdetcentr and VDC "Smena". Another success of young residents of the Leningrad region is the victory at the international festival of youth media and cancer studios "Volga Meetings - 36".
