The minimum amount of child care benefits in 2027 has been announced. Child care benefits for children up to one and a half years old for working citizens may increase to 11,395 rubles as of February 1, 2027. This is evidenced by data from the Social Fund of Russia, which TASS investigated. According to published information, in 2028 the minimum payment may increase to 11,850 rubles, and in 2029 - to 12,325 rubles. The allowance is paid monthly until the child reaches the age of one and a half. Earlier, the social fund reported that the payments to working parents for October will reach the bank accounts on November 6. The transfer will be made earlier than usual, as November 8 falls on a holiday. In addition, starting February 1, 2027, Russia plans to increase other payments for families with children. Maternity capital for the first child can increase to 778.5 thousand rubles, and for the second - up to 1.028 million rubles, if the family has not previously received payment for the first-born. The one-time benefit for the birth of a child is planned to increase to 30.4 thousand rubles. Even earlier, it was reported that starting January 1, 2027, it is planned to increase the individual's allowance and additional payments, the amount of which depends on the cost of living, by 6.8%. The amount of the individual's allowance depends on the family's income and the regional standard of living.
