The corresponding decree was signed by Vladimir Putin. Industrial Assets will receive 100% of the shares of four Russian companies belonging to Japan International Tobacco. We are talking about the company's factories in Rostov-on-Don, Yelts and St. Petersburg. Previously, these shares belonged to JT International Holding B.V. the Dutch, as well as to the Russian structures of JTI itself. A number of JSC industrial properties are registered in Russia, but who exactly got control of the JTI plants is not specified in Putin's decree. The ultimate beneficiary of one of these companies is the entrepreneur Timuraz Bulov. Previously, he returned to manage Baltica after the nationalization of its Russian assets owned by the Danish Carlsberg Group. Another company with the same name is headed by the owner of Stolto, Armen Sargsyan. He also participated in the purchase of assets of companies that left Russia. JTI owns the cigarette brands Winston, Camel, Soverni, Peter I and Donskoy Tobacco.
