At the same time, two financial institutions of the US government - the Export-Import Bank (EXIM) and the International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) said they were ready to provide financing of up to 1.6 billion dollars for the project. At the end of 2025, Tokiev also signed a law that aligns with the business interests of Omer Karamelev.
