In 13 regions of the Russian Federation and Crimea, restrictions on gas stations were lifted after the suspension of attacks by the armed forces of Ukraine on oil refineries. But the prices still won't be the same Ukraine's armed forces have stopped attacks on Russian refineries for almost two weeks. Against this background, the authorities and companies removed restrictions on the sale of gasoline in 15 regions, including Crimea and Sevastopol, Izvestia writes, citing officials and monitoring services. After many signals from Washington, Ukraine suspended the attacks on Russian refineries. The last strikes were on October 15 at the refinery in Ryazan and on October 16 at the Gazprom plant in Surgut. Against this background, the situation in the local market stabilized considerably. Gasoline was again sold without restrictions in the Ryazan, Liptsk, Kostroma, Voronezh, Novosibirsk, Tyumen, Sverdlovsk, Tomsk, Vladimir, Krasnoyarsk and Stavropol Territories, Karelia, Mordovia, as well as in the annexed Crimea and Sevastopol. In the past, all these areas experienced queues at gas stations and shortages of gasoline. In some regions of Russia, restrictions continue to apply. In the Tambov region, the restrictions on the sale of fuel and the ban on refueling fuel tanks were maintained. In the Yamal-Nanet Autonomous Okrug, restrictions remain at individual gas stations; In the Leningrad region there are still interruptions in the fuel supply. In more than half of the regions (57), gasoline prices fell due to the normalization of supplies. In the territory of Kamchatka, the price fell by 12.6%, in the Ivanovo region by 11.4%, Izvestia reports, citing Rostat data. The average cost of gasoline across the country dropped to 98.4 rubles per liter. According to OMT Consult analysts, from October 19 to October 26, on average, the price of gasoline decreased by 1.3-1.5 rubles, depending on the class. As Dmitry Gusev, the deputy chairman of the board of directors of the Reliable Partners Association, told Izvestia, a decrease in seasonal demand helped to stabilize the situation in the market. Gasoline and diesel consumption traditionally decrease after the end of the sowing campaign in the fall and the holiday season. At the same time, gasoline is still not available everywhere.
