The court rejected the job claim of the fired employee at the burnt wild grain warehouse. She helped her colleagues get compensation from the company, after which she was fired. The court in the city of Podolsk rejected the claim of Galina Vorobyova, a former worker in a wild grain warehouse at Electrostel and the chairman of the local trade union. She demanded reinstatement after dismissal, according to the court file. Vorobyova was fired from Wild Grain Warehouse in June. There she worked as an operator of scrubbing machines, Sergei Khromov, chairman of the Moscow Regional Union of Trade Unions, told the Labor Compass Center for Workers' Rights. Officially, the woman was fired for violating the schedule - she left the warehouse around 19:00-19:30, even though her working day lasted from 9:00 to 21:00. According to Kharmov, Vorobyova actually left work early because she and other dryer operators agreed to change the internal schedule due to inconvenient schedules. That is, the woman finished the work earlier since she arrived at the warehouse several hours before the start of the work day. Kharmov also noted that Vorobyova's colleagues, who wrote memos against her, left work themselves a few hours before her. Vorobyova helped Electrostel warehouse workers who were injured as a result of a Ukrainian drone strike on a logistics center in July. The woman searched for missing people during the attack, visited the injured in the hospital and helped recover documents lost in the fire. The chairman of the trade union also worked with the Noginsk social fund. According to a working compass, together they helped the injured workers to receive compensation from Bar Gergari. Vorobyova also spoke to journalists about the work of volunteers. Then she suggested that the number of victims exceeded the official figures. This is not the first conflict between the Wildberry Logistics Center and trade union representatives.
