One year ago today, the body of the Argentinian-Israeli hostage Lior Rudoff (61) was returned to Israel after he was held hostage by Hamas for more than two years. On October 7, 2023, Lior, an ambulance driver and volunteer medic, went out to help defend Kibbutz Nir Yitzhak from the terrorists and Israeli forces to the settlement. He was murdered by terrorists, and his body was taken as a hostage to Gaza and held for 763 days. He left behind his wife Yaffe, his four children, several grandchildren, his father and two brothers.
