The State Department has announced sanctions against a Nigeria-based entity and individuals in Belarus and Russia for involvement in the procurement of MANPADS for the Iranian terrorist regime. 2 of the 3 targets include MANPADS of Chinese origin. China and Russia are the main enablers of the terrorists powering Iran.
