GST COLLECTIONS IN INDIA JUMPED 22.9% TO ₹2.31 LAKH CRORE India's gross GST collection reached $2,31,290 million in October 2026, registering a year-on-year increase of 22.9% compared to $1.88 million in October 2025. VAT revenues from imports jumped by 42.2%, while domestic collection increased by 15.8%. Net VAT collection after refunds increased by 25.6% to $2.03 lakh.
