Pazkhian: We are trying to convey the situation of "neither war nor peace" in honor of the president: the government is vigorously working towards a dignified transition of the country from conditions of neither war nor peace, but this issue should not prevent careful and serious planning for the management and saving of fuel and energy consumption.
