🔹 Seyed Hamid Pourmohammadi, head of the plan and budget organization, announced that in the new performance-based budgeting system, resources are paid directly to schools and hospitals, and these centers must provide services of the specified quality and standard.
🔹 According to him, in the case of meeting quality and reducing costs, the resources obtained from savings will remain at the disposal of that center to be devoted to increasing the income of teachers and therapeutic teams and improving equipment. The implementation of this method began with education and health and will be expanded to other institutions next year.
