Mustafa Rajabi, Deputy Minister of Power for Electricity and Energy Affairs, said: Transactions outside the electricity wholesale market in the form of bilateral contracts currently stand at approximately 42%, and with the implementation of Section 43 of the Seventh Plan, this share will increase by 2 times the current figure.
