The repetition of police warnings about the advertising and sale of motorcycles without license plates and the supply of new cars without numbering, once again emphasized the weakness of monitoring the supply chain of vehicles, and meanwhile, misleading advertisements on Internet platforms and the failure of some car manufacturing and importing companies to comply with the legal requirements expose the rights of buyers.
