On November 5, Vladimir Putin, the President of the Russian Federation, hosted Mohsen Razai, Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of the Islamic Republic of Iran, at the Kremlin Palace.
At this meeting, Mohsen Razai presented the message of Ayatollah Seyed Mujtaba Khamenei, the supreme leader of Iran's Islamic revolution, to the Russian president.
In this meeting, the status and prospects for the continued development of bilateral cooperation within the framework of the comprehensive strategic partnership agreement between Russia and Iran were discussed, as well as issues related to the international and regional agenda, with an emphasis on the developments in the Persian Gulf region and the Middle East in general.
