A sustainable mechanism must be designed to support financial convicts/ it is necessary to prevent the violation of creditors' rights.
🔹Hujtal Islam wal Muslimin Hamzeh Khalili, who emphasizes the necessity to solve the roots of the problems caused by financial convictions, said: We must design a coherent mechanism to support financial convictions through scientific studies and successful experiences of other countries. A mechanism that, while protecting the rights of creditors and debtors, relies on people's participation and does not impose a new economic burden on the government and the treasury.
