American security warning in Saudi Arabia The American embassy in Saudi Arabia, while warning of new attacks by the Yemeni army, announced that non-essential employees of the embassy have left Saudi Arabia.
The official website of the American embassy in Riyadh stated in a statement: The Houthis (Yemen's Ansarullah) have carried out attacks on civilian airports and other critical infrastructure in Saudi Arabia. These measures resulted in civilian casualties and serious travel disruptions. These hostilities have the ability to quickly spread to other regions.
