Emphasizing that regional interests must be secured with the cooperation of all the beneficiary countries, Rahman Saadat believes that the geopolitical changes of recent years have created new conditions and this issue has increased the need to examine the manner of interaction between the countries of the region.
According to this university professor, if the countries of the region can manage their differences through dialogue and reach an understanding on the security of communication routes, the possibility of using joint capabilities will increase.
