The claim of killing men by a female doctor in Tehran and selling body parts is not true.
Syed Ali Kazmi, spokesman for the judiciary:
🔹 The claims made in cyberspace about the murder of men by a female doctor in Tehran and the sale of their body parts are not true, and no such case has been filed in Tehran.
In response to inquiries, the intelligence police, the criminal prosecution and the prosecution for medical crimes confirmed that there were no such cases in Tehran either this year or in previous years.
Regarding the identity of the publisher of this claim and whether he is a lawyer, the spokesman for the judicial authority said: This issue is not clear to the judicial authority and it is possible that the person provided false information about his identity.
Referring to the activities of lawyers' bloggers, he emphasized: Providing information and education in cyberspace is beneficial, but if these actions lead to the publication of lies, defamation, disturbing the public spirit or violating the peace of society, the legal system will take legal action. These cases are handled according to the type of crime, sometimes according to the complainant's complaint and sometimes according to the report of the security officers. Currently, no report has been sent to the judicial system and no complaint has been filed.
🔹 The Bar Association and the Center for Lawyers, Specialists and Family Counselors of the Judiciary have courts and disciplinary committees to deal with violations of the legal profession, and in the case of discovery of an injury to the lawyer's dignity, a disciplinary procedure will be conducted. If the lawyer's behavior is a crime, the matter will be reported to the court.
