We started a legal battle to punish the criminals of the ground attack on the Minab school.
Amin Hussein Rahimi, Minister of Justice:
🔹 The Minab school issue was declared by the United Nations as a war crime, therefore, our hands are open to implement the order of Imam Naharg, who said, "Take the criminals by the collar from a legal and judicial point of view."
🔹 In the government and the justice system, we started a legal battle in response to the order to kill our imam, to take the collar of the criminals. Yes, we reacted defensively, but it is not enough.
🔹 They should know that now they have committed war crimes and rape according to international rules, they should be held accountable in local, foreign and international jurisdictions. We are following this issue.
🔹 We have gathered here to pledge our opposition to the children and women who were killed that we will not neglect their rights, especially those of us in the legal units of the government and the judiciary, who are responsible for judicial monitoring. 🔹 Also, in the National Authority for the Rights of the Child, whose representation in the government is under the responsibility of the Ministry of Justice, we have a duty in this matter, and we will not give up this pursuit so that the perpetrators are punished and the world knows that this crime happened; in order to prevent this from happening again.
