Russian official: Beijing and Moscow want a global and multipolar order.
"Valentina Matvinko", head of the Federation Council (Supreme Council) of Russia, emphasized the pioneers of Moscow and Beijing in creating a multipolar world and said: Russia and China are the leading forces in the formation of a more just and multipolar world order and jointly defend the standards of international law.
