By order of the head of the judiciary;
The execution of the order to seize the assets of the Farhangan reserve fund was stopped.
🔹Hujtal Islam wal Muslimeen Gholamhossein Mohseniaghai, Head of the Judiciary, while intensively monitoring the new management of the Farhangan Reserve Fund and presenting legal documents and defenses, by applying Section 477 of the Criminal Procedure Law, issued an order to stop and suspend the execution of the reserves against Farhangan.
