The Chief Justice of Tehran District announced:
Creating more than 130 trust portfolios and returning more than 27 thousand billion tomans to Bitmel.
Nasser Atbati, referring to the latest situation in the handling of cases of non-payment of foreign currency obligations and cases of trustees, announced the submission of over 130 cases in the field and said: The main goal of the judicial system in handling these cases is to return the currency to the economic circulation of the country and to prevent the illegal outflow of foreign exchange resources.
So far, about 10.5 billion euros have been returned to the state in cases related to the non-payment of foreign currency obligations. Also, in the trustees' files, over 27 thousand billion tomans, equivalent in foreign currency, returned to Bitmel.
