Velizada's chance to win a bronze came to life.
At 57 kg, after resting in the first round, Milad Valizada won the next round against Hutsolyak from Ukraine with a score of 11:0. In the next round he lost to Spencer Lee, the Olympic silver medalist from America, with a score of 12:2 and returned to the odds table again. Valizada will face Segura Gror from Guatemala first, and if he wins he will have to fight Mutalif from Russia, and if he gets past that opponent he will face Islam Bazarnov from Azerbaijan.
