🔹 Police Lieutenant Rahor Farja, emphasizing the legal requirement to number all vehicles and license holders according to the type of vehicle, warned against advertisements related to the movement of motorcycles without plates and licenses.
Sardar Ahmed Karmi Asad, referring to the possibility of obtaining a light motorcycle license for youths from the age of 16, said: Through the creation of training capacity in driving schools, the traffic police allowed qualified candidates from the age of 16 to receive a light motorcycle license after meeting the required conditions through legal and educational procedures, including training in traffic laws and traffic rules.
