Maloney's confrontation with Italian judges; Interception or assassination?

The release of a protester accused of assassination by the Italian prosecutor's office led to a public confrontation between the prime minister and the country's judicial system bordering on interception and assassination.
Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Maloni, in response to the release of an activist against government policy, described the judge's verdict as "shameful" and claimed that decisions of this type affect the efforts of the police and security agencies to protect citizens. These statements received a sharp response from the Italian judicial authorities, who saw this as a contradiction to the principles of the rule of law and the independence of the judicial system.
The story goes back to the arrested Yosef Seyhar, a 30-year-old Italian researcher and journalist of Moroccan descent, who was responsible for managing a Telegram channel called the "October 17 Movement" (October 17).
