During his visit to Bizad, the Minister of Health, Treatment and Medical Education, who emphasized the importance of continuity of care after the patients' discharge from the hospital, considered the implementation of the "continuation nurse" model and phone calls with patients as an effective solution in monitoring their health status, and said: This model can prevent re-hospitalization by assisting in the time management of costs and medical problems of the patients.
