The World Bank, referring to the rise in energy prices and the disruption in the maritime transportation of goods due to the war in the Middle East, the problems of sending grain shipments in the Black Sea and the high demand for safe assets such as gold, announced that it expects the global price of goods to jump by 23% in 2026.
