The pioneering lady of the art of baking in Zanjan has passed away.
Nasa Amini, a Zanjani lady who kept the art of stove making alive in this province, has passed away. This 91-year-old artist was one of the pioneers of the traditional art of baking in the historical and touristic village of Galbar in the city of Ijerod.
