How to determine the number of mandates for each party and Knesset representatives.

The Knesset (Parliament) of Israel has 120 seats and during elections parties are elected and not individuals; But how does the party determine the number of mandates for each party and Knesset representatives?
🔹 After the end of the election process in Occupied Palestine and the collection of the regular votes, the votes of the captives outside of Occupied Palestine as well as military funds; Invalid votes will be deleted.
🔹 Illegal votes in captivity, in addition to the distortion of the vote, may be caused by not entering accurate information in the two-part voting method. Normally, the pre-printed ballot is placed in an envelope; But in the case of two envelopes, the first envelope is placed in the second envelope and the voter's personal information is recorded on it.
