India demanded an end to the veto monopoly in the Security Council.
🔹 Hindustan Times website: In criticizing the monopoly of the veto power in the UN Security Council, India demanded to reform the structure of this council and extend this concession to new members and emphasized that the use of the veto power should not become a tool for a political goal and to weaken the credibility of the Security Council.
