Why should we get out of a situation of "neither peace nor war"?

The president's emphasis on the necessity to end the "uncertainty" and the conditions of war and peace, stems from his sense of responsibility towards the future of Iran and the lives of Iranian citizens, who have gone through two wars and many sanctions in the past year.
🔹 In a situation of "no war, no peace", it is not possible to continue long-term planning based on peace, nor to think about preparations for war.
With the end of the war, it must be determined how strongly the sanctions will continue and to what extent relations with other countries can be developed so that decisions regarding economic priorities can be made.
