🔹 The Islamic Republic of Iran has a logical argument, that if America has a serious desire for negotiations that will lead to a fair agreement, it should implement conditions, if it implements the conditions, it shows that it wants to reach an agreement, and if it does not implement, it shows that it does not seek to reach an agreement.
There is deception in diplomacy because everyone is looking for more concessions. But the important thing is that America has shown that its diplomacy is based on deception in the last year and a half.
