Third, the key point in scientific progress is creativity and innovation. Providing a field for creativity and positive imagination, which is the main element of growth and openness in all or most of the sciences, scientific courage to innovate and create and increase personal and national self-confidence to experiment in new and unexplored ways, is very necessary and useful. Fourth, self-reliance in solving scientific problems, providing infrastructure and removing technological bottlenecks for activism and extraterritorial action creates a combination of the power of internal construction to open horizons at the global level. 🔹Fifth, the field of talent of the elites in experimental and practical disciplines, including connecting the industry to the university from the beginning of the student years and guiding knowledge-based businesses, plays an important role in the application of knowledge and the growth of the elites.
